Top 10 Best Shopping Tips

Most of us need some simple reminders to do smart shopping. As many of you know, I became a shopping champion (il shopping until I drop) until it became a problem for me (my shopping became inevitable). I knew I had to build a healthy relationship for shopping and in a year's time, I did.

These days, I don't shop much, but I know what's needed for a successful shopping campaign. Let me share with you my top ten shopping tips. I hope they help you do smart shopping.

Climb in the car and do not point in the direction of your favorite shopping destination! Take a few moments to familiarize yourself with this list of shopping strategies.

Shop with a list
This is my number one tip for good reason. Most people monitor or buy items that they like, they are not needed and should never be used because they are not properly made. This is a hard-earned cash and a valuable time - it's worth a few minutes of preparation, don't you think? Make sure it exists (and remember, you deserve it!). Therefore, before you go on your shopping trip, be prepared. Review everything you have - in your wardrobe, wardrobe, home or garage, and then write a list of 'ups and gaps' and this item has its requirements. Make sure they are real needs - not wanted (there is a big difference between the two). And finally, remember to use that list when you shop! That list will not go well in the bottom of your bag or go into your pocket. Use it and buy only the items on that list!

Pay with cash
When we shop with Magic Plastic, we pay 20 - 50% more, whether using a credit or debit card. There’s something about that magical plastic that makes us feel like we’re using monopoly money, playing money. This is not true. Unfortunately, those credit card fees are very real! So once your inventory is ready and you have a real budget, you can withdraw your funds in cash and use this cash only for this shopping trip. Paying with cash feels more “real” and we need it - to reconnect yourself with this shopping experience, so that you can only buy the things you need and want. You save a fortune and find those motivations less attractive!

Determine the time limit
Do not allow yourself to move around the shopping center in an aimless manner. Most people shop at their favorite mall in a lollobout manner and whisper in the afternoon. I don't have a strategy to promote or advocate. If you want to do smart shopping, this is not the way - no shopping! Set a specific deadline for you to complete your purchase, and when that time is up, return home. Your time is worth it anyway - after you buy everything you need (and nothing else), stop shopping and focus on something else for the day.

Set a budget
Yes, oh yes - the "b" word. Budget. This is important. Most people rely on things they don't want, need or use because there are no parameters around their cost - they just went 'hell for leather'. There is no smart way to shop. What are you going to spend on this trip, what to spend and what to do. R) need to be set. It makes sense to spend for this shopping trip. Do you feel great about this shopping trip after a long time of ink dimming on the receipt? And one way to do this is to make sure you don't buy more than you can afford. Set your budget - and love the list - stick to it! Whatever your budget - $ 50 or $ 500 or $ 5000 - stop buying once you hit that limit.

Choose the best time for yourself
If you shop at a time that works well for you, shopping can be very laborious. When shopping malls and stores are very busy (like midnight shopping and Saturday mornings) shopping can be exhausting where you are insane and irritable - usually not the state where smart shopping takes place. Remember that our physical environment has an impact on us and, like crowded shopping centers, crowded, crowded environments bring out the best in anyone. Therefore, choose the time to shop when you are at your most alert and positive. And make sure you regularly rest or shop for a short period of time to avoid fatigue.

Shop Alone
Shopping partners will find that many are very active in committing crimes! They can give us eggs to make purchases we don’t need or need, and may have their own (sometimes unconscious) intentions to encourage them to shop. Maybe they feel a little competitive, or they just want to live cheerfully through us and our purchases. What happens to the other person is not the result of your shopping, but with you - you only have to live with it. If you want to shop as a social activity, that's fine - but turn it into a purely social activity without a purchase permit. Shop the window or bite to eat together, but don't buy until you shop on your own.

Do not shop when you are tired, hungry, lonely, bored or upset
This is not a comprehensive list of emotional states that motivate some people to monitor and buy what they want or need. But they are the most common emotional triggers that motivate people to unwittingly shop and are therefore not cynical. If you are experiencing those feelings - you are tired, hungry, lonely, bored and upset - do not go shopping. Do something else until you feel more emotional.

"Where do I wear this?"
Most of us buy without thinking about what we do with the things we buy. Our hard-earned and more valuable time is wasted on things that have no place in our homes, our homes or our lives. One way to turn the wheel of short-circuit impulse buying is to visualize what you want to buy. Fast-forward through the Thrill of the Kill and imagine that this item you now hold in your hand is yours: you bought it and now it belongs to you. Insert the g in your room / home, actually look there. Now consider: Are you still excited about this? Or is the glitter slightly (or completely) worn? Most of us don't even stop to think about whether this item is really needed, so we start taking home items we never use. What a waste.

Remember you have a salesperson to sell you!
Here's the fact that no matter how friendly or pleasant the seller is, you can't avoid it: they aren't for sale. Yes, they care that you only go out with the things that fit and use you. But they want you to go out with something. They are what it is - to get you back to sell something or to keep in touch with you. This is their business. The sellers, no matter how attractive and helpful they are, are not there to be our friends. They may engage in friendly behavior, but their goal is specific: to sell us anything. Today. Remember that you only buy the things you need - not because the potential sales person is talking (or blaming) you.

Don't buy because it's on sale
'Cell' is actually a four letter word! With the word 'shoe', it can cause more shopping than almost any other word! Remember that a contract is not a contract. If it is not, you are not good enough, you do not like it, or it does not fill the valid space you have and therefore it is a real need. It is a waste of $ 20 to use a shirt or shoes or make-up or DVD or scented candles or a Batman watch or something you have never worn (or only ever worn). We justify this by saying, oh. It's on sale, only $ 20 ", but they add $ 20. You don't take $ 20 out the window, so don't throw your hard-earned money out the window because of your discounted selling price.
